Congratulations to our 3.5 Women's team who won the sectionals championship and will be representing our Intermountain Section at Nationals in October!! Well Done to all our team players.
Summer camps are over and now the indoor season begins. Our Junior classes start this week and adult program will start the day after Labor day on Tuesday September 6th.
We need to make some adjustments on the starting time of our junior tclasses on Tuesdays and Thursdays by delaying it 1/2 hour. We tried to change the schedule so that our last class would end at 9:00pm but were not able to. Please see the correct time on the junior page of this website. I apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. See you on the courts.
MORE TENNIS LESSON ARE BETTER? We have often heard that more lessons are better. This comes from well intended parents, but that will not help much if that is all the player does. You can save money and become a better tennis player if you have a "balanced schedule:
Lessons: Groups and Privates .......................................................................... 25%
Practice Play: Sets, ball machine, serves , directed points ................................... 30%
Physical: cardio, Strength, speed, nutrition, ........... ........................................... 25%
Tournaments: Competition ............................................................................... 20%
Most of our players only participate in tennis lessons. As a result their achievements are limited and do not reach their full potential - Only reach 25% of their potential!!
We encourage you to spend the time to practice on and off the court in order to get ready for competition in addition to your lessons. Lessons are necessary in order to get good technique, application and understanding.
Our pro shop will now only carry HEAD and BABOLAT racquets. We will no longer offer clothing in our pro shop as there is little interest. For shoes we offer HEAD and BABOLAT. We decided to do this in order to have more inventory on hand and to offer you a better price.
We match the price of the Tennis Warehouse on racquets and shoes in order to give you the best deal along with great service.
ATTENTION - We are a private club and in order to reserve a court or join our programs you must be a member of Ivory Ridge Tennis Club. We would love to have everyone join our club. We do allow non members for 3 specific programs: Tennis USA (adult beginners), Pee Wee's for beginners (age 4-7) and summer tennis camps.
We have a variety of options to become a member. NEW MEMBERSHIP available for Single Tennnis Membership. For more information please call 801-331-6000 and ask for Tamara.

Brand new Premier Tennis Club with 6 indoor and 5 outdoor courts. The club also offers a full fitness facility as well as 3 swimming pools.
Location: 25 minutes South from the Canyon Racquet Club.
* Thanksgiving point freeway exit #284 on I15.
* Go East 3 minutes (past Cabella's) along SR 92 towards Alpine/Highland.
* We are on the right side of the road (South) by the Sinclair gas station.
